Fluent in English and French with proven customer-facing experience
Be the first line of calm, empathetic support for creators and teams. You translate complex technical issues into clear guidance and keep response times under 24 hours.
- Handle multilingual inboxes across email and in-app channels
- Triaging and escalating bugs or billing issues to the right squad
- Create and maintain help-center content in English and French
- Track customer sentiment and share actionable insights with product
